How to make Egg drop curry | Smashed Egg Curry

Preparation of Egg drop tomato curry

Ingredients Required:

 Tomatoes      : 5 medium size tomatoes
 Onions          : 3 medium size
Green Chilly  : 7
Eggs               : 4
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 t-spoon full
Refined oil     : 4 t-spoon full
Cumin Seeds/ Jeera : 1 t-spoon full
Salt : required amount
Chilly powder : required amount
Turmeric powder : half t-spoon

Preparation:

Heat kadai with mentioned amount of oil, once oil got heated add cumin seed/ jeera, then add chopped green chilly and fry it, after some time add chopped onions as shown in video and fry it till it turns golden brown, then add chopped tomatoes and fry it well, once the tomato got smashed well add turmeric powder after some time add ginger garlic paste and fry it, after a minute add salt and stir well, if required add some amount of chilly powder for taste,if required add some amount of water and  after a couple of minutes smash the egg in curry carefully and close the kadai with lid and reduce the flame to sim and leave it for 5 minutes.
Simple and tastier egg curry prepared, enjoy your egg drop curry with rice/ chapati/ roti/ bread .

Pepper Chicken Curry

Hi Friends

Today we will learn how to prepare pepper chicken curry in bachelor style.

Ingredients required: in bachelor language Items Required:

3 Teaspoons of black pepper,
2 teaspoons of dried coriander,
4 dried red chilies.
1kg Chicken,
3 medium size onions,
1 tomato,
10 cloves of garlic and thumb sized ginger.
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
Salt (as required)
Chilly powder (as required)

Preparation of pepper masala:

Take a pan, add pepper, chilly and coriander in the pan and fry these mix for 5 minutes in light flame.  add this fried mix of pepper, chilly and coriander into a mixie jar and make it as a fine powder.

Preparation of onion ginger garlic paste:

Add 1 tomato and 1 medium sized onion and 10 cloves of garlic and ginger in a mixie jar and make it into a fine paste.

Preparation of pepper chicken curry:

Heat the Kadai and add 3 teaspoons of refined oil, once oil got heated add onions and fry it till onions turn golden yellow color then add the onion ginger garlic paste, stir the mix for a while, then add washed 1 kg chicken stir it gently and cook for 15 minutes in medium flame

Just confirm the whether the chicken is cooked or not

Add 250 ml of water and add required amount of salt and chilly powder and stir gently in simmer (low heat) for 5 minutes

Add pepper masala to the curry and stir it well till the gravy becomes thicker in lower flame, check the taste add salt/ chili powder if required.

Thus pepper chicken curry was done.

How to check the chicken is cooked?

Check the chicken piece with bone, take a knife or spoon just poke it on the muscle near the bone, if the chicken splits easily from bone then it indicates it is cooked 80 percent.
